The International Youth Film Festival “Light to the World”, co-organized by the Rybinsk Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate and the National Fund for the Support of Copyright Holders, began its history in 2011. 36 studios and individual authors from the Russian Federation took part in the first festival. 11 states became the guests of the second festival; currently, the festival logo is decorated with the flags of 33 participating countries.
